   The thing is, my god, how many women are trying to make a living being models/scammers on these sites? I remember the advice from my first crush. She told me, "There are millions out there". (Women, not scammers).
   
   Personally, I like how the women with the refined professions know exactly how to pose like [trampy] models. The photographer has a nice job.
   
   Catch-22: I want a woman with a real profession who could easily have been a model. But when I see these women in "model poses", I don't believe they are anything but [aspiring] models trying to earn a living.
   
   I suppose it's better [for them] than prostituting themselves. Sorry about your broken heart though.

   2009-11-1306:24:44 This site is completely bogus! The women who write to you and who respond to your emails are not the women in the photos. They will correspond with you through the Anastasia site ($8 per email) but the letters are all bogus. If you call one of them to get her private email address ($28) she will claim she doesn't have an email or say that she prefers to write to you first. She will write down your email but you will never hear from her! On the phone she will have a totally different demeanor than she does in her letters! She will act cold toward you on the phone and hope that you don't ask her specifics of your letters. You can even meet one of these women as I did in Ukraine and she will let you buy her a very expensive dinner before disappearing for good. Russia and Ukraine are full of scams and they are hoping for a lonely guy with disposable income. Save your money and don't be fooled by Anastasia. Super models and very attractive women are not dying to meet you.

   2009-09-1602:28:45 I disagree with Mike*s assessment. If the woman wants to give her address, that is her choice. If the agency gives it out, they are accessories to whatever unpleasant thing may happen. They need to protect their position. I went on a do-it-yourself tour of Odessa (I speak no Russian). The service I got and the quality of the translators were good. I have no complaints and highly recommend Anastasia.

   2009-05-0903:37:07 If you want to be treated like GARBAGE then this web site is for you. This company's number 1,2 and 3 priority is to count the money that you spend on their products. They have no problem solving capabilities whatsoever. Their logic is so twisted that they have and enforce insane policies from Mars that actually… get this… stand in the way of bringing two people together. Isn't that the solitary purpose of the business that they are in… to bring people together? But yet, when a lady writes in her letter to me, "get my contact information from the agency" they refused to give me the lady's address. But … if the lady actually writes her address in a letter to be translated… then the address will be included in the letter. How is that for no common sense and sheer stupidity. This may be only one specific example of their insanity but believe me I have been dealing with them for several years and this is the norm for them. You, the paying customer, are their last concern.
